NEW ANTI-STATIC STORAGE RACKS FROM TBA ECP GET MOBILE - 03/07/2002

Static control specialist, TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has introduced new mobile anti-static storage racks to complement its existing range of products.

The range is designed for use with standard conductive Euro containers (400 x 300mm and 600 x 400mm) along with other standard conductive trays from the TBA ECP range.

All racks are of welded construction including the tray runners, coated with ECP 538 static dissipative (SD) stoving enamel or ECP 540 SD powder coating to produce a high quality appearance and deliver a genuinely static dissipative frame in accordance with BS IEC 61340-5-1. As well as the standard range, racks can also be tailored to customers' own requirements and can incorporate SD worktops.

Standard black trays are moulded from TBA's ECP 104 conductive plastic which provides both physical protection and complies with the electrical conductivity requirements of BS IEC 61340-5-1. TBA ECP can also supply coloured trays moulded from the company's new ECP 2000 polymers. Suitable for cleanroom areas, the coloured trays offer the desirable characteristics of low off-gassing, low particulate contamination and excellent washability required in such applications.
