NEW STATIC DISSIPATIVE NON-SLIP WORK SURFACE FROM TBA ECP - 21/06/2004

Static control specialist, TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has introduced a new static dissipative non-slip work surface that is ideal for use in a wide variety of applications including electronics assembly and cleanrooms.
ECP 1534 is a polyurethane fibre non-slip matting that features cushioning to prevent scratching. The new matting is ideal for producing non-slip work surfaces and is especially useful when handling heavy products, such as computer monitors, to help protect from physical shock.
Additional applications include cut mats for conveyor pallets, conveyor belting and flooring.
Available in three thicknesses of 2.5, 4 and 5.5mm weighing 1.4, 2.2 and 3kg/mē respectively, maximum width is 1.2m for each. Additional specifications include elongation pull of 8N/mm for 1% and temperature resistance of -10 degC minimum and +120 degC maximum.
