TBA ECP INTRODUCES NEW IMPROVED TWO-PLY STATIC DISSIPATIVE MATTING - 24/05/2004

Static control specialist, TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has introduced a new and improved version of its two-ply static dissipative matting for use in a wide range of electronics assembly and cleanroom applications.

Offering improved surface resistivity, ECP 1525 is a two layer static dissipative matting manufactured from PVC Nitrile. The top layer offers static dissipative properties while the bottom layer is conductive. Specifications include surface resistivity (ASTM D257) of 109 ohms/sq for the top layer and 106 ohms/sq for the bottom layer. Volume resistivity (ASTM D257) is 105 ohm-cm.

Featuring a textured finish in blue, TBA's ECP 1525 two-ply matting is available in roll form up to 50m long and 1.3mm thick. Mats can be supplied cut to customer specifications.
